All upfitting projects, repairs, and DIY consults begin with a prepaid Diagnostic Session. This is the first step to working with us. It allows us to thoroughly assess your van in person, identify any issues, and provide clear, accurate next steps.

We do not provide estimates via phone or email. Every van is different, and an in-person evaluation ensures you receive a realistic scope of work and pricing you can trust.

The $165 session covers up to one hour. Our shop rate is $185/hour for additional time. If your issue is a quick fix (one hour or less), we may be able to complete it during your appointment. If additional work is needed, you’ll receive a clear, final quote. The $165 will be credited toward any project requiring one full day of labor or more if booked within 30 days.

Diagnostic Sessions are held on Wednesdays. Sessions are prepaid and non-refundable.
