Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing, scheduling, authorizing, or participating in any services provided by Adventure Life Vans LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to all diagnostics, consulting, repairs, modifications, installations, upfitting, and vehicle build services performed by Adventure Life Vans LLC unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By scheduling, purchasing, authorizing, or participating in any service provided by Adventure Life Vans LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
“Company,” “Adventure Life Vans,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” means Adventure Life Vans LLC.
“Customer,” “Client,” “You,” or “Your” means the individual or entity purchasing or authorizing services from Adventure Life Vans LLC.
“Services” means any diagnostics, consulting, repairs, installations, modifications, custom fabrication, upfitting, maintenance, inspections, product recommendations, vehicle builds, or related services provided by Adventure Life Vans LLC.
“Project” means the specific work authorized by the Customer through an estimate, invoice, work authorization, proposal, or other written approval.
“Estimate” means any written quote, proposal, invoice, or pricing document provided by Adventure Life Vans LLC for Services.
2. Scope of Services
Adventure Life Vans LLC provides vehicle diagnostics, repairs, modifications, custom installations, consulting, and upfitting services for recreational and specialty vehicles.
The scope of each Project shall be limited to the Services specifically described in the applicable Estimate or written authorization. Any modifications, additions, or changes to the scope of work may require a revised Estimate and additional charges.
Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Authorization to Perform Work
By approving an Estimate, scheduling Services, submitting payment, or delivering a vehicle to Adventure Life Vans LLC, you authorize Adventure Life Vans LLC to perform the requested Services.
You acknowledge that vehicle modifications, diagnostics, repairs, and custom work may involve unforeseen conditions or additional labor not initially visible or discoverable prior to beginning work. If additional work is required, Adventure Life Vans LLC will make reasonable efforts to obtain approval before proceeding whenever practical.
4. Deposits & Payments
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are used to reserve production time, secure scheduling availability, purchase materials, order products, and allocate labor and resources for your Project.
If the Customer cancels or terminates a Project prior to commencement of work, the deposit shall be retained by Adventure Life Vans LLC as liquidated damages.
If the Customer cancels or terminates a Project after work has commenced, the Customer shall remain responsible for payment for:
all completed labor,
all ordered materials and products,
all non-returnable items,
all administrative costs,
and any remaining balance associated with the authorized Project.
Full paymet is due according to the payment terms stated on the applicable invoice or Estimate.
Adventure Life Vans LLC reserves the right to pause work, withhold delivery, or refuse release of the vehicle until payment is received in full.
Customer authorizes Adventure Life Vans LLC to charge any approved payment method for balances due under authorized invoices, payment plans, or approved change orders.
Returned payments, failed payments, or chargebacks may result in additional fees, collection activity, legal action, and suspension of Services.
5. No Chargebacks
Customer agrees not to initiate or threaten chargebacks for Services that have been authorized, scheduled, partially completed, or completed.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Adventure Life Vans LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including collection costs, attorney fees, and recovery of unpaid balances.
6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities
Customer represents that they are the lawful owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to approve Services.
Customer is responsible for:
maintaining appropriate insurance coverage,
removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle,
ensuring the vehicle is reasonably safe and operable unless otherwise disclosed,
and disclosing any known issues, prior damage, modifications, or electrical/mechanical concerns that may affect the Project.
Adventure Life Vans LLC is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.
7. Diagnostics, Estimates & Consultation Services
Diagnostic evaluations and consultations are based on information reasonably available at the time of inspection.
Because hidden damage, prior workmanship issues, manufacturer defects, and other unforeseen conditions may exist, Adventure Life Vans LLC does not guarantee that all issues will be identified during diagnostics or consultation services.
Recommendations, opinions, estimates, and projected outcomes are provided in good faith but are not guarantees of specific results or future vehicle performance.
8. Assumption of Risk
Customer understands and acknowledges that vehicle modifications, repairs, electrical systems, aftermarket equipment, off-grid systems, and custom installations involve inherent risks.
Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use, operation, maintenance, and ownership of modified vehicles and installed components following completion of Services.
Adventure Life Vans LLC shall not be responsible for misuse, improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, improper operation, third-party modifications, accidents, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations.
9. Workmanship Warranty
Adventure Life Vans LLC warrants that its workmanship will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of Project completion.
This workmanship warranty applies only to the labor and installation work directly performed by Adventure Life Vans LLC.
This warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear,
cosmetic aging,
abuse,
neglect,
accidents,
water intrusion caused by external damage,
improper maintenance,
misuse,
off-road damage,
environmental exposure,
manufacturer defects,
customer-supplied products,
or work modified, repaired, or altered by any party other than Adventure Life Vans LLC.
Any unauthorized modification or repair to work previously completed by Adventure Life Vans LLC may void this warranty.
Warranty claims must be submitted promptly upon discovery of the issue.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Adventure Life Vans LLC does not provide warranties for third-party products, appliances, equipment, materials, or components installed as part of a Project unless expressly stated in writing.
Any manufacturer warranties are solely between the Customer and the applicable manufacturer.
Adventure Life Vans LLC shall not be liable for manufacturer defects, delays, recalls, discontinued products, or warranty denials by third-party manufacturers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventure Life Vans LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services provided.
Adventure Life Vans LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from a Project or Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Adventure Life Vans LLC is not responsible for:
loss of vehicle use,
travel interruptions,
towing expenses,
lodging expenses,
lost profits,
lost income,
business interruption,
personal injury,
or damage resulting from third-party products or customer misuse.
12. Indemnification
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adventure Life Vans LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
Customer’s use of the vehicle,
Customer’s breach of these Terms & Conditions,
misuse of installed products or systems,
third-party claims related to the vehicle,
or unauthorized modifications performed after completion of Services.
13. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, fabrication concepts, documentation, photos, videos, written materials, and related content created by Adventure Life Vans LLC remain the intellectual property of Adventure Life Vans LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use Adventure Life Vans LLC proprietary materials without prior written consent.
14. Scheduling & Delays
Estimated completion dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Adventure Life Vans LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by:
material shortages,
manufacturer delays,
shipping delays,
weather,
labor shortages,
unforeseen vehicle conditions,
acts of God,
or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Project timelines may change based on scope revisions, parts availability, or additional required work.
15. Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing by the Customer, Adventure Life Vans LLC may photograph or video portions of the Project, vehicle, or completed work for marketing, portfolio, educational, or promotional purposes.
No personal identifying information will be intentionally disclosed without consent.
16. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or any Services provided by Adventure Life Vans LLC shall be brought exclusively in Ada County, Idaho.
The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services provided by Adventure Life Vans LLC and supersede all prior discussions, representations, negotiations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Any modifications to these Terms & Conditions must be made in writing and approved by Adventure Life Vans LLC.
19. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, authorizing, purchasing, or participating in Services provided by Adventure Life Vans LLC, Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
