A Peek Inside Our Latest van Build (Almost Ready for Adventure)

There’s a special moment in every build when the big pieces are done and the van really starts to feel like someone’s future home on wheels.

Our latest custom build is officially in that phase, almost ready to head off to its new owner, with just a few final touches left to complete.

What’s Done (and Dialed)

This build already has the foundation that matters most for long-term van life:

• Electrical system installed and tested – reliable, safe, and designed for real-world use, built to support off-grid adventures without stress. 600Ah of power, 380 watts of solar, dual alternators. A powerful off-grid system!

• All key components installed - a Laveo dry flush toilet, Dometic 12v AC, Starlink for on-the-go connection, Quigley lift with Bilstein shocks, and so much more!

• Cabinets built – the structure is in place, functional, and built to last

We believe in investing in systems that last! These are the systems that don’t always photograph as “pretty,” but they’re what make a van livable, dependable, and enjoyable once you’re actually using it day after day.

What’s Left

We’re down to the finishing touches:

• Countertops + drawers to finish cabinetry

• Murphy bed system fully setup

• Wrap up plumbing

• Install some sweet exterior components for added storage, including a Flatline Van Co ski box!

Once those pieces are in, this van will officially be ready to roll straight into adventure mode.
